Meeting Minutes

June 9, 2008

The user' Group meeting was held at:

Web Site: 

The new web site has been reserved. www.ncaug-redding.org

Financial Statement: 

A report is always available at each meeting.

Raffle Status:  

We have Software to raffle.

New business: 

The meeting day of the week has changed. The meeting will be on the second Wednesday in August. The Raffle will be postponed until July. Bylaws need updating. Copies of the bylaws need to be sent to officers for input to suggested changes. After the changes are made the bylaws can be added to the web.

New Members:

We had no new members for this meeting.

Demonstration:

Introductions with a Round Table Discussion.

Plans for the next meetings were made and are as follows:

The Plans for the next meeting are announced by email before the meeting.

Raffle results:

We did not have a raffle this month. The raffle for the month of June will be postponed until July.

Note: Raffles are normally conducted on the even months.
