Meeting Minutes

May 12, 2008

The user' Group meeting was held at:

Delta Engineering Systems

8 People were in attendance. 

Old business: 

We have new software to raffle now

AutoCAD 2009 Demo

Future meeting days may change to Wednesday starting in September

New business: 

    Web Site: 

A vote was taken and passed to reserve a web site name www.ncaug-redding.org

    Financial Statement: 

A verbal report of the current balance is always available at each meeting.

A vote was taken and passed that only one signature will be required for the clubs checking account instead of two signatures. Further more, any officer of the club that is registered with the bank can sign the check

    Raffle Status:  

We have new software to raffle!

    New Members:

We had 1 new members for this meeting.

    Demonstration:

A discussion and demonstration about sheet set was conducted.

Plans for the next meetings were made and are as follows:
