April 14th , 2004

The user' Group meeting was held at:

20 People were in attendance.

Web Site: 

The web master did not update the web site for this meeting. No research for establishing another web site has been done. This information is still to be determined.

Financial Statement: 

A report is always available at each meeting.

Raffle Status:  

We are requesting new software.

New business: 

Introduction of everyone was conducted.

Due to time constraints Election are to be held during the next meeting (June 2004.)

General open discussion round table.

New Members:

We had 6 new members for this meeting.

Demonstration:

Larry did a special demonstration of some of the new features in AutoCAD 2005. Thank you Larry!

Plans for the next meetings were made and are as follows:

June 9th, 2004 - As usual to be determined. Officer Elections are to be held at this time.

Raffle results:

John ... won the raffle for Civil Series software! This was the biggest soft bundle ever raffled by us.
