Meeting Minutes

October 9th , 2002

The user' Group meeting was held at:

Delta Engineering Services

1438 Hartnell Ave., ph 221-2994

10 People were in attendance. 

Old business: 

A motion to require that a member must be present to win the raffle was motioned seconded and passed

Web Site: 

The web master has updated the web site.

Financial Statement: 

The treasurer will have a financial statement for the next meeting.

Raffle Status:  

Tonight our raffles is for Inventor 5. Future raffles will be for Land Desktop, and Arch. Desktop.

New business: 

A discussion about having Coffee Cups or Shirts being made for the group ... further discussion to follow next meeting. 

General open discussion round table.

Demonstration:

Tim demonstrated the latest software from AutoDesk. AutoDesk's Map 6. It has special tools for working with map files.  Our host again also supplied some refreshments! Yum!!

Plans for the next meetings were made and are as follows:

December 11th, 2002 - to be determined

Raffle results:

William won the raffle for Inventor 5 software. (I wish I had won that!) (Were are trying to think of a consolations prize.)
