Meeting Minutes

April 10th , 2002

The user' Group meeting was held at:

Delta Engineering Services

15 people were in attendance. 

Old business: 

Time for elections

Introduce for the new people and guests.

Web Site: 

The web master prepared a few business cards for people to hand out to newcomers. 

Financial Statement: 

Linda was out of town. The new treasurer will have a financial statement for the next meeting.

Raffle Status:  

AutoDesk Mechanical Desktop 6 will be our raffles for tonight. This is the last package. Greg said he would start the paper work to request some more software from AutoDesk.

New business:

Demonstration:

Tim demonstrated AutoDesk Raster Design. The program has special tools to working with raster graphics and text recognition. It can convert bi-color graphic to vector lines. Combined with Land Desktop, it will allow you to stretch graphics to match work points and much more.

Plans for the next meetings were made and are as follows:

June 12th, 2002 - Plan for a AutoDesk Architectural Desktop to be demonstrated.

Raffle results:

Ron was very lucky tonight he won the raffle for AutoDesk Mechanical  Desktop 6 software.
