Ten people were in attendance.
Dan our treasurer reported our
financial statement.
A motion was given to Change from our
monthly meetings to a bimonthly meeting, the motion was passed.
Discussion on voting for officers led
to a lengthy discussion on the number of people in attendance and how many
officer positions we have. Since
they're basically six officer positions we will try a team oriented officer
group. We're hoping to have
multiple people acting as co-president.
A motion was given to develop a team
oriented officers position, the motion was passed.
Currently Gary volunteered for
president, Linda volunteered for treasure, Greg volunteered to be co-president,
Gary volunteered to be Secretary, Ron volunteered to be web master.
A discussion on what we hope to
accomplish in the coming months as far as demonstrations and presentations was
made. Greg suggested we see if Tim
would give a presentation and said he would ask him.
In June Linda will demo the use of the
attributes
In August Greg will demo x referencing
In October Ron will demo solid modeling
And motion was made to obtain a post
office box at the Churn Creek post office for the group's official mail, the
motion was passed.
In our raffle Mark won the
Autodesk’s CAD Overlay package (he is so lucky I don’t know how he does it!)
and Bill won the beloved hat.
