MEETING MINUTES January 13, 1998
Meeting called to order by President Mark Hazen.
Old Business:
n Minutes from the previous meeting were read by Mark Hazen. Mark made a motion to not read the minutes at the meetings, however if there is are policy changes discussed in the meeting then these minutes will be read. Motion voted on and passed.
n Mark asked if anyone had attended the Energy Plans Seminar on Jan. 12th. Gary Jackson gave us a summary of the event.
n Ron Karnesky made a presentation on lisp programming which included a hand out sheet and notes written on the board. Contact Ron at ronald_k@juno.com for assistance with lisp programming.
n Mark announced we will have a software demonstration every other month. There were positive comments on Tim Corey’s demonstration at the Dec. meeting.
New Business:
Our website:
Do we want an Internet account for the users group?
We can use Microsoft Word to build the site.
We can elect a Web Master to maintain the site.
All officers can access the site to update various areas.
A motion was made for the above items; voted and passed. Mark Hazen will do some checking.
He will also talk to Jim Coats as to what kind of upgrading we can do on our current site.

Volunteers for refreshment duty:
Jeff Clausen will take care of the February meeting.
Greig Feilden will take care of the March meeting.
Round table discussion on AutoCAD related problems, fixes, finds, and solutions.
Mark will e-mail everyone to notify them of the next meeting. Those who do not have e-mail we will call and we will mail out postcards of upcoming software demonstrations.
Tonight’s raffle item is ____and was won by_______. We took in $115. 00 from the raffle ticket sales.
Next meeting is February 10, 1999.
