Larry Bettes

I have a Bachelor of Science Degree for CSU, Chico in
Environmental Geology, received in 1993. I have been involved in
Architectural & Civil design and Surveying for as long as I
can remember. I started using AutoCAD (with DCA/Softdesk) in 1989
with version 9 and have used every version thereafter.
My work history includes: subdivision design for SDS, water &
geology mapping for the California Dept. of Water Resources,
pavement design for CHEC Consultants, longhaul fiber optic design
for NDC, Inc., teaching AutoCAD at Lake College, sales &
support of all Autodesk A&C products at Delta Engineering
Systems, and subdivision design for Duane Miller.
I have finally settled down and decided what I want to do, so I
currently:
1. work for the City of Redding in the Engineering Design
Department as a technician,
2. teach CADD at Shasta College, and
3. own & operate "Bettes CADD Services Plus", a full
service AutoCAD support & training company
